Tutorial: MLXchange® for iPad, iPhone, Mac, or Android mobile using WYSE PocketCloud Pro for real estate professionals and Realtors

You will need three things to make Windows programs like Internet Explorer with real estate forms or MLXchange® work on your iPad, iPhone, Mac or Android:

1. An iPad or other device
2. PocketCloud PRO app We will “Gift it” to you for free
3. RealMobilePros service

Basically you will need to have your iTunes username and password.

We will send you a link so that you can download your “Gifted” free version of the app.

Once PocketCloud Pro is downloaded to your iPad, iPhone, Mac or Android mobile device, then click on it to start the app.

1. You will want to click on “Advanced Users”.
2. Then allow the “Anonymous usage statistics”.  This helps WYSE figure out ways to better their app.
3. Next click on “Manual Connection”.
4. Then select “RDP”
5. Click on the arrow to the right of “nickname” and type in “RealMobilePros”.
6. Click on the arrow to the right of “host” and type in “ipad.realmobilepros.com” (this needs to be all lower case and NO “WWW” in front).
7. Click on the “username” arrow and type in the username you were provided in the “Your account is now ready” email.
8. Select the arrow to the right of “password” and type in the password you were given in the “Your account is now ready” email.
9. Now click “Save” in the top right hand corner of the screen.
10. You will be presented with a cool screen with a huge “Connect” button on the right.  Just click it to go.

When you are done using RealMobilePros for a while just click the icon on the far left that looks like a “radioactive” warning sign.  Then a small menu will pop up and you will select the last option which is “disconnect”.

If your screen is NOT setting up correctly:

1. Logout of the App
2. Click on “connection settings”
3. Click on the arrow to the right of “Resolution Automatic”
4. Scroll the button to the right until the setting says “1024 x 768″
5. Click on the “Save” button in the top right hand corner
6. Click on “Done”
7. Click on “Connect”
